A-Tech:  Septic & Sewer System Inspections

We have been offering septic and sewer inspection services since 2003 here in Southern Maine.  While most inspections are for real estate transactions, we also offer services for environmentally sensitive sites, and for remediation analysis.  Extensive training & on-site experience, coupled with clear, easy to read and understand reporting, maximizes results and value for all of our customers.

Septic Inspections:

Every inspection includes a visual inspection of the septic tank, a manual test of the pump station components (when applicable), and an in depth leach field analysis with load testing.  Extensive on-site education is provided as well as an easy to read report including pictures & diagrams.

Sewer Inspections:

Sewer analysis includes full visual inspection of the sewer line with a brief report and a "unlisted" YouTube link to the inspection video.  A superior, gas tight, and easily accessible replacement clean out cover is provided for all standard lines when necessary and possible.

Water Testing:

As certified water sampler's, we are qualified to test your water for contaminants including bacteria, minerals, lead, radon gas, and more!  Contaminated water can make you and your family sick: don't take any chances.  Ask about water testing!
